Classes Schedules

Group Classes Policy :

• Class plan payments are only via credit card.

• Monthly plan cancellation can only be made from the 1st of the following month with a 30-day notice by submitting the form.

• A new student will be charged automatically for a $30 Sign-up fee after their fourth visit to our training program (only if they haven’t paid yet).

• There are no refunds for remaining unused visits due to holidays, class cancellations, illness, conflicts with other activities, etc. Instead, we provide a Makeup Class that you can request for once a month.

• Please make sure you join a class that suits your schedule and monthly plan, otherwise, there may be an additional charge applied.

Makeup Class Policy :

• We only provide 1 (one) makeup class per month within the absence month. It must be requested by submitting an online form at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

• Each inquiry has to be approved by our management team, any verbal requests with our front desk or coaches are not considered as notice.

• Please note that makeup classes are subject to availability (not guaranteed) and must be completed within the same month (makeup classes will not carry over to the next month’s period).

• We can’t provide a rescheduled makeup class. Please make sure you don’t miss the class you requested.

• Makeup classes can’t be transferred to other students (no exception).

• There is no makeup class for the Pre-competitor level or higher.
